Law 39/2015, of October 1, (BOE-A-2015-10565) of the Common Administrative Procedure Public Administration stated in Article 30.7 that the General Administration of the State, subject to the official working calendar, set in their respective fields, the calendar of non-working for the purpose of computation of deadlines days. On the other hand, as a novelty, the aforementioned Law Article 30.2 thereof, excludes Saturdays from the computation of time limits.
