Electronic Office Order

Order ECC/131/2014, dated 30 January (BOE-A-2014-1181),for which electronic Offices of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness are created.

Law 11/2007, dated 22 June (BOE-A-2007-12352), on citizens' electronic access to Public Services, created the concept of an "electronic office", justified by "the need to clearly define the electronic administrative office with which relationships are established, promoting a regime of identification, authentication, minimum content, legal protection, accessibility, availability and responsibility".

Electronic Register Order

ECC/523/2013 Order of March 26 (BOE-A-2013-3585), which creates and regulates the electronic Register of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness.

Law 11/2007, dated 22 June (BOE-A-2007-12352), on Citizens' Electronic Access to Public Services contains, in articles 24, 25 and 26, a new regulation on electronic registers, rules which are governed by Royal Decree 1671/2009, dated 6 November (BOE-A-2009-18358), partially governing the development of said Law and which regulates the conditions under which it is implemented.

Electronic Stamp Resolution

Resolution of April 19, 2013, the Sub-secretariat of Economy and Competitiveness, creating the electronic seal of the Ministry.

Law 11/2007, dated 22 June (BOE-A-2007-12352), on Citizens' Electronic Access to Public Services, states in article 18 that electronic certificate-based electronic stamps may be used.

Furthermore, article 19 of Royal Decree 1671/2009 (BOE-A-2009-18358) dated 6 November states that the electronic stamp must be created by means of a resolution from the Ministry's Sub-secretariat.

Application Order from the Secure Verification Code system for electronic documents

This service enables the integrity and authenticity of electronic documents to be verified by means of their secure verification code (SVC) and also enables electronic copies thereof to be obtained in XADES and/or PDF format. Signatures of XADES format documents can in turn be validated on the Valide platform, also accessible through the e-Office.

To access this service you must have a recognised electronic certificate and have the SVC of the document you wish to consult and/or download.

Resolutions include new procedures

The first final provision of the Order ECC / 523/2013 of 26 March, by which creates and regulates the electronic register of the Ministry of Economy and Competitiveness, enables the head of the Undersecretariat of Economy and Competitiveness to include new procedures, and communications procedures which will apply the provisions of this Order.

Resolution of May 8, 2015, the Secretary of Economy and Competitiveness, by the electronic submission of applications for authorization of customs regimes of inward and outward granted by the Directorate General of International Trade and Investment is approved.

Declaration in accordance with the National Insurance Scheme

In line with article 41 of Royal Decree 3/2010 of 8 January, which regulates the National Security Scheme is regulated in the field of eGovernment, organs and entities of public law shall publicize the corresponding electronic offices to declarations of conformity, and security badges that are creditors obtained regarding compliance with the National Insurance Scheme.
